What currency do you quote in?

US dollars, for every client outside Pakistan.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or Wise, invoiced in US dollars.

When can we talk?

The studio is open 10:00–20:00 Pakistan time, Monday to Saturday. For clients in Canada and the USA, we also take calls 19:00–23:00 Pakistan time, Monday to Friday, which falls in your morning. Calls are booked in your time zone, and we reply to messages within 90 minutes during studio hours.

How long is the contract?

Monthly packages start with a three-month minimum, then run month to month. One-off projects run start to finish.

Can you run ads in my country?

Yes. Meta, TikTok and Google ads can target Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia, and we plan them around your market.

Can you do billboards or events where I am?

Billboards, screens and events run in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. Ads, creative, video and websites work from anywhere.

Who owns the work?

You do, once the project is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio and on our official social media accounts.
