Small budgets. Big expectations.

Small budgets come with big expectations. That’s normal, and it’s why spending efficiently is the real skill, not spending more.

Most businesses here aren’t working with big budgets, so every rupee has to work.

Budgets aren’t equal

A big budget gives you room to test, scale and combine channels. A small one doesn’t. That doesn’t mean small budgets can’t work. It means they can’t afford guesswork.

Make small budgets work

  1. Start with the objective. One goal, so the money isn’t split across five.
  2. Know exactly who you’re targeting. The narrower and clearer the audience, the less you waste.
  3. Build a strong offer. More on this below.
  4. Test before you scale. Small tests first, then put the budget behind what works.

A strong offer beats a loud ad

Not just “20% off”. Give people a reason to act. A strong offer has five parts:

  • Product
  • Benefit
  • Urgency
  • Proof
  • Reason to act now

When the offer is right, a modest budget goes further than a big one behind a weak offer.
