Copy-paste content doesn’t work.

A restaurant, a property developer and a university shouldn’t share a content strategy. Yet a lot of what gets posted could belong to anyone. Every brand needs its own content architecture.

Build a content ecosystem

Instead of random posts, plan content in pillars. A good starting mix:

  • Education, 40%: teach your audience something useful.
  • Trust and social proof, 25%: testimonials, reviews, results and case studies.
  • Entertainment, 20%: reels, trends and relatable content.
  • Conversion, 15%: offers, products, services and clear calls to action.

Then adjust the mix by industry and objective. A café might lean further into entertainment. A university needs more trust and education.

Reels need a reason

Short-form video should serve a strategy, not just a trend. Pakistan added about 16 million social media user identities in 2025. Source: DataReportal That’s attention worth having, if each video has a job.

Decide the job before you film:

  • Organic reels build credibility, community and a long-term brand.
  • Paid reels bring distribution, targeting and scale.
