Two weeks isn’t a verdict.

Two weeks into a campaign, it’s tempting to call it: working, or not working. That’s usually too early, and it’s the wrong question. A campaign isn’t one thing. It’s a chain, and every link matters.

Every campaign is a chain

From the first time someone sees your ad to the moment they pay, they pass through seven links:

  • Creative
  • Audience
  • Offer
  • Landing page
  • Lead
  • Follow-up
  • Conversion

One weak link drags down the whole result

Great creative shown to the right audience still fails if the landing page is slow, or if nobody calls the lead back. From the outside, it all looks like “the ads didn’t work”.

So test each part before judging the campaign.

Test aggressively

Your first creative is rarely the winner. Test hooks, headlines, thumbnails, offers, calls to action, audiences, video lengths, creators and landing pages. Then move budget to what the data supports.

Agree it up front

Before launch, agree three things:

  1. Realistic KPIs: what success looks like, in numbers.
  2. Clear reporting periods: when you’ll look, and what you’ll compare.
  3. A testing plan: what gets tested first, and what happens next.

With those in place, two weeks is a checkpoint, not a verdict.
